Silence,as a form of natural communication,constitutes the human communication.As one of the important classifications of the silence,classroom silence has both positive and negative affects.But we care the negative aspect more in our practical teaching.As a group of naivety people,the pupils has infinite curiosity and creativity.However,we must pay attention to a special group-the left-behind students.To a certain extent,the family background and social environment of them affect their self-cognition,emotional attitude and value orientation,resulting in certain differences in classroom performance comparing with the non left-behind ones.This paper chooses three primary schools in Zhaodong town,Hei Longjiang Province as respondents.And the research takes various of methods including literature researches,questionnaires,interviews and class observations.The reason for the silence of the left-behind pupils are mainly from the teachers,the classroom environment,the family and themselves.From the family,the teachers and the social analysis may lead to factors influencing the students' classroom silence phenomenon,including cannot say,dare not to say and do not willing to say.According to the teachers' understanding of the students'negative silence,we propose to change the way of communication between teachers and the students,and to create a good learning environment and construction views.At the same time,we can improve the consistency of family education and school education through the suggested expanding home-school communication platform.The target of this investigation is to improve the silence of the classroom.And we hope the students' academic and personality development will be well-designed.
