| With the deepening of teaching reform,paying attention to the development of each student has become the goal of teaching in class.Paying attention to all the students,giving full play to the students’ subjectivity and making every student develop in an all-round way,has become the consensus of the educational circles and the direction of the classroom teaching reform.As a microcosmic phenomenon educational activities in school,students’ negative silence relates to the students’ living condition in class,the process fairness in receiving education,and the improvement of educational quality level.Therefore,in order to promote the process of teaching reform,it is necessary to pay attention to and study the phenomenon of students’ negative silence.Based on the phenomenon of students’ passive silence,the paper is divided into three parts to study deeply.The first part gives a basic overview of the phenomenon of students’ negative silence,Which contains the concept,the visual appearance,the surface meaning and the deep connotation of students’ negative silence.The second part discusses the ideas of the study and the generated mechanism of students’ negative silence.The research ideas of the phenomenon of students’ negative silence clarify the category of students’ negative silence(biased towards the teacher factor)and the research problems(the generated mechanism of the students’ negative silence),analyzing the justification and rationality of the theory of liberation education as a theoretical basis at the same time.The generated mechanism of students’ negative silence includes three aspects: derivative premise,derivative approach and derivative generation.Firstly,teachers rely on the natural advantages of their identity,and their adherence to the traditional culture of "teacher-centered",the adherence to the teaching practice of the test-oriented education and the utilitarian understanding of classroom teaching,can "oppress" the students.Secondly,using power in classroom,teachers carry out "counter-dialogue action" through the strategies of knowledge instillation,speech training and treating students differently.Finally,the negative silence of the students was created and causes lots of negative effects.In fact,students’ passive silence is the result of teachers’ oppressive or anti-dialogue actions.The third part discusses the theoretical assumption which contains the theoretical analysis of "dialogue action" breaking "silence" in the theory of liberating education and the possibility of breaking the students’ negative silence by means of "dialogue action",and practical path of breaking the students’ negative silence.Based on this,the paper argues that breaking the negative silence of students can be achieved through the practical path of teachers leading students to carry out "dialogue action".The path includes three step-by-step steps: going into "dialogue" in the process of changing teachers’ role,using "dialogue" teaching in classroom,and growing together between teachers and students in "dialogue". |
