| Education entered the 21st century,with the rapid development of economy,politics and society,along with the civilization of mankind.people are increasingly high expectation on education and are anxious that the school’s education can cultivate people with balanced development in moral,intellectual and physical education.People are Pursuing the quality of education and valuing the benefits brought by education to individuals,families,communities,countries and even the rest of the world.In recent years,the education group education has risen in our country,which is conducive to the diffusion of excellent educational resources and the win-win of basic education-fairness and efficiency.The core of educational groups run by the teachers,the construction of the teaching staff relates to the high quality of the entire group or not.This paper takes the faculty training of the high school of the Minzu University of china as an example to conduct the investigation and theoretical discussion on the cultivation of group teachers.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the field study of the Fengtai Campus of the high school of the Minzu University of china to explore how the concept of"education in common beauty" can be passed to the branch schools through management so as to realize the common cultivation among teachers in the group,Advanced educational thinking.This article is divided into three parts.The first part is introduction.Mainly explain the reason of the research,the value and significance of the research,the choice of research ideas and methods,literature review at home and abroad,as well as the combing of related theories.The second part introduces the growth and achievements of the high school of the Minzu University of china,the profound implications of "education in common beauty",the management mode of the group,the transmission of the group’s educational thoughts,and how teachers can obtain the group’s ideas and applications from training to work in peacetime in.Up to now,the affiliated high schools of Fengtai(Beijing),Haidian Experimental High School(Beijing),Mangshi International School(Yunnan),Kunming Wanghua(Yunnan),Hainan Lingshui(Yunnan),TongliaoⅡ(Inner Mongolia),Central Jiangmizhong(Guangxi),Guangxi Minmetals(Guangxi),Tongmu Mengzhong(Jilin).a total of nine branches,located in five provinces.In the training,teacher need the long process to achieve concepts,ideas,actions in the unity.There are many forms of training,online video,lectures,seminars and more.Various forms of cross-cutting can better mobilize everyone involved in training,to achieve the purpose of training the key.The third part summarizes and sublimates the second part,pointing out the inadequacies of education and training of Secondary Education Group and the need for improvement.At present,the basic education collectivization in our country is still in the stage of exploration and development and has yet to be shaped.Drawing lessons from the successful experience of developed countries,it is crucial to develop a method for cultivating teachers in each group according to the specific conditions of teachers of basic education in our country.Each group reflects the characteristics and advantages of running a school. |
