Based on the reality,this essay makes a theoretical study and exploration on the issue of ideological and political education according to the change and development of the times-the authoritativeness of teachers' authority on teachers of the ideological and political course.Teachers' authority has always been a topic of concern to educational theorists.In the weakened teacher's authority and constructional argument,the author draws Marxist theoretical thinking on authority and conducts new thinking and understanding on the authority of teachers in political and ideological teaching.This paper analyzes the importance and influencing factors of the authority of high school ideological and political teachers.By analyzing the challenges it faces from the aspects of profession,system,tradition,inspiration and so on,and the positive and negative influences it brings,this paper attempts to elaborate the era of new teachers Connotation and put forward the ways and methods of establishing a new type of teacher's authority in the ideology and politics lesson in middle school.First of all,the logical starting point of this study is a brief review of Marxist theory of authority.Although the authority of teachers is the concentrated manifestation of the authority of education in the field of education,it is still one of the many forms of authority.It is still imprinting the imprint of the essential characteristics of authority.Therefore,by reviewing the theory of authority,we can grasp the concept of authority,Its importance,and to eliminate the influencing factors that affect the authority of teachers in ideological and political education are the theoretical premise of this study.Second,the starting point of this article is to analyze the status quo of the teachers' ideological and political challenges and the two influences they bring.The actual characterization and challenges faced by teachers in the course of ideological and political education are diverse.The weakening or diminishing of teachers'authority has a relatively positive impact on the teachers' authority.However,it does not make more sense than eliminating the more negative effects of teachers' The weight.In fact,this all-round and profound enhancement of ideological and political education teachers 'demands,whether single autocratic or laissez-faire teachers'authority,can not meet the requirements of the New Curriculum Standards of the new era.Therefore,the new teacher's authority needs to be constructed urgently.At the end,the significance and value of this article is to provide a new perspective and a new approach to how to construct a new type of teacher authority in the ideological and political course in high school.This is also the innovation of this article.After reinterpreting the concept of the new teacher's authority in the ideological and political course in middle school,the author puts forward that according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,teachers should take the leading role,the guard role,the supervisor's role and the reviewing function in the classroom teaching mode transformation,Then it discusses the construction of new teachers 'authority from the three dimensions of teachers' system authority,knowledge authority and inspirational authority as well as the professional growth of teachers in politics and ideology,the connotation and appearance of teachers and the personality charisma of teachers.
