To enhance students' technological literacy is the fundamental goal of curriculum of General technology,course teaching should be closely related to the technological literacy training.Materialized capability is one of the core literacy of high school general technology subject and the important embodiment of students' creative ability and practical ability.The Chinese have long developed "hundreds of workers" system,the development of human society and productivity all accompanied by people's materialized practice.To improve the student's ability of materialized helps themselves unity and make the improvement of technical problem solving ability.At present,the students' ability of materialized is relatively weaker in general.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to develop the students' ability of materialized in the teaching of general technology.This research mainly on how to develop the students' ability of materialized in general technology teaching.First of all,discusses the meanings of materialized capability,which can be characterized by material planning and processing capacity,tool selection and using ability,process and assembly testing and optimization ability.And then,Conducted the practice to cultivate students' ability of materialized.The research object is the four class's and grade's student during the professional practice,Through classroom observation,students have the following three points materialized performance:Lacking of space imagination,the products deviates from the design requirements;Lacking of planning of the product,cannot complete products in a given time;Lacking of theoretical reserve,materialized form the contradiction between interest and materialized capability.According to the relevant theoretical research and aiming at the above problems,research was designed and carried out by the following teaching practice.Using presenting materialized object with specific requirements,guiding the materialized operation and improving the materialized products these four processes through the implementation of the teaching case.In the form of a single task in the process of implementation,so as to promote the students' autonomous learning,and make up for the students in the process of materialization patchy.After cases implementation,conducted a questionnaire survey of students,mainly analyze the students' ability in materials planning and machining,tool selection and use,process and assembly testing and optimization ability whether is improved after the practice.According to the observation of students' performance in class as well as the questionnaire data analysis found that:Present materialized products comply with the design requirements is better to improve the students' materialized ability;Using single is better for students thinking,scheming design optimization and improving the yield of materialized products;The aspects of materials,tools,process theoretical knowledge play an important role in training the student's ability of materialization;The implementation of typical teaching cases will help to improve the experience construction of students' materialized ability.
