Kindergarten curriculum implementation is organized by the teachers'professional organization of education activities,games,daily life and routine activities,learning environment,such as home cooperation way,is the process of the curriculum design into practice.Curriculum implementation is the key to the success of the course.The class is the base of the implementation of the kindergarten theme curriculum,and the implementation effect of the class theme curriculum directly influences the quality of education in kindergarten,thus affecting the development of children.Therefore,this study of a Senior Class in Nanjing J kindergarten curriculum implementation as the research object,taking natural observation method,interview method and text analysis,talks about Senior Class of kindergarten in J theme curriculum implementation to do concrete analysis.Researchers on a Senior Class theme curriculum design,implementation and evaluation is analyzed,It is found that the problems in the course of a large class are mainly manifested in the teacher's difficulty in judging the children's interest points and the obvious preference in the field of content selection.The implementation of subject curriculum is difficult to carry out;The evaluation link of subject course is slightly weak.Analysing the theme curriculum design,implementation and evaluation,the research shows that the factors affecting a Senior Class of theme curriculum implementation mainly includes teachers,children,curriculum resources and the external factors.The course design teacher has high degree of freedom in the course of theme curriculum implementation.Subject teachers in the process of curriculum implementation through in the form of questionnaire,brainstorming to understand young children's early experience,teachers in the subject in the curriculum implementation are faithful and mutual adjustment orientation,teachers in the process of theme curriculum implementation,continuity of the early childhood experience and class environment creation;Theme curriculum evaluation is mainly based on teachers and formative assessment.Based on the analysis of the implementation status of the theme curriculum in the case class,the authors propose their own ideas and suggestions:First,to teachers,to improve teachers' personal theory and to strengthen the professional belief of"children based";second,to add active areas,to appropriately adjust the number of classes,to attract parents' volunteers;third,strengthen the construction of curriculum resources,to absorb effective curriculum resources;and fourth,giving teachers learn space.
