| In the kindergarten system which use class as a unit,the value of kindergarten based curriculum is actually realized in the process of class based implementation.This study chose a middle class in Nanjing S Kindergarten as the target.Research tracked three themes’ implementation and analyzed the implementation background of the class and the kindergarten based curriculum first.Then the study analyzed how did teacher choose and change the curriculum goal,content,resource and curriculum evaluation.The research found that the determination and adjustment of the goal mainly based on existing kindergarten curriculum.Meanwhile the experience characteristics of the class children,collective deliberation of grade group,the kindergarten based curriculum research and teacher ’s experience played another way on the goal.The content of the curriculum implementation used the kindergarten based curriculum as the root,and it also affected by children’s psychological logic,interaction between teacher and children and,collection of curriculum resources.The use of curriculum resources was mainly reflected in the use of kindergarten based curriculum,children’s behaviors in the activity,teachers resource,kindergarten resource and parents resource.The evaluation of curriculum implementation included the group of grad teachers’collective evaluation,teachers’ research group’s half day activity evaluation and teacher’s reflection evaluation.After analyzing the implementation process,this study puts forward three questions,such as the lack of systematic evaluation process,the low participation degree of parents,teacher effort and ability insufficient.The study divided the influence factors of the curriculum implementation into internal factors and external factors.The internal factors include children and teacher.The external influence factors included the text of the kindergarten curriculum,the management of curriculum,parents and communities,casual factors,etc..These factors played a role in promoting or hindering the implementation of the curriculum that teachers should take advantage of the favorable factors,exclude irrelevant factors and avoid obstacles.Finally,the study put forward the corresponding solutions. |
