Nine years compulsory education is consistent and it has the characteristics of continuity.But in actual teaching,it is divided into two big stages,namely,primary school and junior high school.Both in the teaching objectives,teaching content,or teaching methods are very different,there is a great leap forward.For just finished primary school,junior high school students in the beginning,has been adapted to primary school learning them all at once to get into the junior high school learning difficulty arises,learning cohesion will require the joint efforts of teachers,schools and education departments to help students realize the primary school to junior high school.This paper mainly discusses the beginning of junior high school language teaching convergence problem,through questionnaires and interviews in the form of the preliminary master the present situation of Chinese teaching between junior high school began,that teachers and students affect the Chinese teaching and other problems that exist in the analysis of the survey data,and from the teachers,students,teaching contents and influence of Chinese the teaching of other aspects to find out the existing problems and reasons.Among them,the problem of Chinese teachers is that they are generally aware of cohesion,but lack of research and practice of cohesion methods;Most Chinese teachers give priority to with teaching content,rarely pay attention to the actual situation of students,to grasp the learning situation is not enough;Many teachers only give priority to with the guidance of learning content cohesion,learning methods and learning habits of cohesion guidance is less;Lack of familiarity with language curriculum standards and teaching materials at the primary school level.The problem of students is that the phenomenon of not adapting to the first language learning is common;Really adapt to the first language learning time is long;Chinese learning enthusiasm is not as high as primary school.The use of Chinese textbooks in primary and secondary schools is not uniform;the establishment of primary school and junior high school campus exists dispersion phenomenon;he office area of junior high school Chinese teachers exists the phenomenon of division.Through investigation and study,many of the above problems are caused by a variety of reasons.First,language teachers,most teachers give priority to teaching,lack of scientific research consciousness,Limited professional research capacity and energy;under the teaching arrangement of " three years in one area",teaching method is difficult to change at the moment,lack of learning analysis;Paying too much attention to students’ learning content under examination-oriented education,lack of comprehensive cohesion consciousness;ignored theprimary stage of Chinese teaching related research,lack of comparative teaching consciousness.The second is the student’s reason,many students lack of primary school to junior high school language learning cohesion psychological preparation;the ability of self-adjustment and adaptation is not enough.The third is the teaching content,the content and use of Chinese teaching materials there is a problem of non-convergence;the increase of reading quantity and difficulty leads to the inadaptability of reading;the lack of flexibility in the use of what is learned in class leads to a lack of adaptability in writing.In addition,subject increase,reduction in language class hours;the class size is large and the teacher’s energy is limited,these are the reasons why there are many problems in the convergence of Chinese teaching at the beginning of junior high school.In view of these problems and causes,in this paper,to do a good job in junior high school language teaching at the beginning of the convergence work,the following policies should be adopted.First of all,teachers should strengthen the study and research on the theory of Chinese teaching cohesion,scientific convergence;do a good job in learning situation analysis,grasp the characteristics of students’ Chinese learning,to achieve targeted convergence;to strengthen the guidance of language learning methods and learning habits,Achieve comprehensive convergence;to deepen the study of Chinese curriculum standards and teaching materials at the primary school level,do more cohesion;united parents,help students prepare for cohesion,so as to achieve cooperation and convergence.Secondly,students should take the initiative to understand the content and methods of learning Chinese before school begins,learn to adjust and adapt yourself after school starts.Third,the school should regularly carry out high-quality language teaching seminars;training teachers in professional research skills;change the teaching arrangement of " three years in one area".Finally,education management departments should seize the opportunity of primary and secondary school expansion in Shandong province,realize the centralization of primary school and junior high school district,facilitate the realization of teaching cooperation;In addition,the office space for language teachers is as centralized as possible,to facilitate the discussion and exchange of teaching;the implementation of small class teaching should be carried out as soon as possible,so that teachers can pay attention to each student.
