With the development of economic and cultural, Organizational culture has increasingly received the attention of enterprises and institutions, It affects an organization’s values and action performance. The study of organizational culture can help the bonding force of the main features of the organization’s leadership, staff management, organizational, strategic focus, the success of the standard six aspects of organizational efficiency to be enhanced, this paper is to study under the Shaanxi Provincial Sports Bureau and institutions from the above six aspects of organizational culture, organizational culture types of organizational culture measurement scale by the status quo and expectations contrast is improved so that the organization towards a more healthy direction.
