Parent-child relationship is the most basic vertical relationship in families,and is also a relatively stable family relationship.Good parent-child relationship plays an important role in promoting physical and mental health,family happiness and social harmony.As a kind of discordant state of parent child interaction,parent-child conflict deserves our attention.However,when it comes to the topic of parent-child conflict,most people will think of the puberty of "storm".Relative,the problem of parent-child conflict in college students is easy to be ignored.It is due to many subjective and objective reasons that the study of parent child conflict is in "empty field" for a long time.In the previous study of parent-child conflict,the researchers only paid attention to the role of parents,parents were in the dominant position in parent-child conflict resolution,and the positive role of children was often ignored.College students are the high quality talents who are receiving higher education.They are the reserve forces to promote social development.Therefore,the role of college students in coping with the conflict of parents and children and promoting the transformation of conflict to constructive direction can not be underestimated.Therefore,whether it is from the perspective of disciplinary development or the needs of real life,it is imperative to study the topic of parent child conflict from the perspective of university students.In this study,six different types of colleges and universities in Nanjing were selected by stratified random sampling.According to the interview content and the existing questionnaire,the questionnaire on the conflict between students and children was compiled,and a questionnaire survey was carried out to 420 full-time college students.Then,data collation and analysis were conducted to understand the current situation of parent child conflict in Nanjing City,and to analyze the constructive factors of parent-child conflict.Through in-depth interviews and data analysis,this study draws the following conclusions:the main sources of parent child conflict perceived by college students are the differences in values and communication barriers,and there are significant differences in the sense of parent child conflict and mother child conflict perceived by college students;family type and whether a single child is significantly related to the conflict of parents and children;The four constructive factors(College Students’initial assessment,communication ability,emotional management and coping strategy)have significant influence on the number of parent-child conflict resolution and the satisfaction degree of parent-child conflict.Combining the theories of family system theory,social conflict theory and emotional ABC,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the constructive transformation of the conflict between students,parents,schools and society from four aspects of college students,parents,schools and society.
