| China has entered the time of fast urbanization, with the fast development of urbanization, resulting in more and more rural was extended to city range, becomes more and more so-called " urbanized rural village ". Accompanied by an increase in the number of urban villages and the continuous expansion of the scale the stage of compulsory education, education is becoming more and more prominent, growing stage of compulsory education in urban villages in the city high school students enrolled in the school choice phenomenon, the phenomenon that students from rural area flood into schools in downtown has been more and more fierce, also formed a "school choice hot " phenomenon.Stage of compulsory education in urban village students "school choice hot " problem, leads to a series of problems:residents of urban village area because of the distance and the different needs of different district and school, urban village compulsory education students will be hot lead to full city compulsory education school students, a considerable part of urban village schools are for students to reduce and difficult to continue or even disintegration. At the same time, it will cause a lot of social pathology:spending the parents of the students’education of urban village poor students of urban villages, large drop out of the waste of educational resources, free education under the background of increasing, family education has been seriously neglected. Urban village school is faced with the city schools at different levels and in different starting point of competition situation; the topic in the city under the background of rural areas is no longer a strange concept.The cause of urban village area compulsory education school hot perplexing, main reason is misguided policies, urban village compulsory education school to the city schools, education funding shortage inside do not regulate the operation, city schools and rural schools hardware gap, parents to their children’s expectations of higher. The author is the local resident in urbanized rural area, I have experienced school choice. This thesis took the example of Jinshui district in Zhengzhou, it research and analyzed the problems of school choice in the stage of compulsory education in urbanized rural village in Jinshui district. The school choice hot for students from compulsory education in urbanized rural area cause the school in urban area crowded, some school in rural area has been disintegrated because of students’number falling. Effect of this choice on the development of urban village compulsory education attracted my attention. Based on this, Taking Jinshui district of Zhengzhou city as a case, to conduct research and analysis on Jinshui district urban village compulsory education stage student school.This thesis adopted sample research method, case study method, literature analysis method and interview method. In the process of sample research, it makes a lot of investigation on school leaders, students, parents around the urbanized rural village school. And make full use of library data information collection about municipal policies to study deeply relevant materials.Urbanization involved in many terms of education problems, under the background of urbanization, the phenomenon of urbanized rural village students choosing school has not only push forward education resources optimization, some drop-out students, family education deletion. The reason why author chooses the problem of "school choice hot" in urbanized rural compulsory education is to explode how we open up the appropriate road for urbanized rural compulsory education development under urbanization after the new compulsory education law taking effect.This thesis reveals the urban village compulsory education stage student choice city under the background influence and causes on the basis, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to eliminate the negative effects of school choice. This paper holds that the reform must deepen the urban village compulsory education school system. At this stage should make efforts to improve the urban village compulsory education school specifications, change the urban village "city, District, township (or street) three level management" of the compulsory education system; secondly, to standardize the compulsory education stage school way. As soon as the relevant laws and regulations clearly compulsory education stage school fee charges, standard and cost management method; and then to the stage of compulsory education schools, focusing on differences between the digestion of compulsory education stage school rational layout of urban villages and the city; at the same time to implement fair, impartial and rural teachers treatment, promote rural teacher’s work enthusiasm and the responsibility; finally can be carried out within the public school system to try or pilot, in order to try to solve the increasingly " school choice hot" problem. |
