Innovation is the soul of knowledge economy era,the key to the construction of innovative countries lies in the cultivation of innovative talents,graduate education is responsible for cultivating innovative talents.However,the status quo of the innovation ability of postgraduates in our country is becoming more and more prominent,and the instructor's responsibility system is adopted in the postgraduate education of our country.Therefore,the instructor plays an important role in cultivating the innovation ability of graduate students.To this end,this paper constructs the conceptual model of the influence of mentor support behavior on postgraduates' innovation ability,and uses SPSS22.0 and Amos17.0 to carry on the empirical research to graduate students of South China University of Technology.After analysis,the conclusions of this study are:In the first place,the mentor support behavior can be used to measure the support of the graduate students,emotional support,information support and scientific research.It can provide a reference for measuring the support behavior of the mentor.The graduate students' ability to innovate can build knowledge ability,problem-solving skills,the ability to enhance the conversion of these four dimensions measure,which provides a basis for measuring students ability to innovate.Secondly,this paper analyzes the role of each latent variable in the conceptual model,and obtains that the mentor's supportive behavior is positive for the students' learning support,emotional support,scientific support and information support.The influence of the tutor in the four dimensions of the support of graduate students,the greater the ability of graduate students to build knowledge;mentor support behavior in the guidance of students to study support,emotional support,scientific support,information support for graduate students to find problems There is a positive impact,that is,the mentor in the four dimensions of the greater support for graduate students,graduate students find the ability to question the stronger;mentor support behavior in the mentor of student learning support,emotional support,scientific support,information support for graduate students The ability to solve the problem has a positive impact,that is,the mentor in the four dimensions of the greater support for graduate students,the greater the ability of graduate students to solve problems;mentor support behavior in the guidance of students learning support,emotional support,scientific support,information support all have a positive impact on graduate students to enhance conversion capability that guide In these four dimensions greater support for graduate students to enhance the conversion capacity will be.Thirdly,through the empirical analysis of the formal questionnaire,it is found that the overall score of the postgraduates' creative ability of the South China University of Technology is 3.2246,and the overall level is general.The highest score was 3.3510,the score of the problem was 3.0931,the lowest in the scores of the four dimensions,the score of the problem-solving ability was 3.2761,and the conversion ability was 3.1266.Fourthly,the average innovation ability of male graduate students is higher than that of female graduate students.From the point of view of discipline,the innovation ability of postgraduates in science and engineering is more influenced by the supportive behavior of economic management and grammar At the same time,from the point of view of innovation ability,graduate students of graduate management of economics and economics> graduate of economic management graduate> Grammar philosophy graduate students;from the grade point of view,the cultivation of graduate students innovative ability more dependent on the support of the instructor,that doctoral graduate During the period of graduate students,the cultivation of innovation ability is more independent in the doctoral stage.At the same time,the doctoral students 'perception of mentor support is greater than that of postgraduates' perception of mentor support,and the innovation ability increases with the continuous development of graduate students.According to the conclusion of the above analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving the innovation ability of graduate students from three aspects: the level of students: the establishment of innovation consciousness and the cultivation of innovation ability.Tutor level: strengthen the communication frequency and increase the support.School level: Update the concept of training,and create an innovative environment.
