In the information age,the media is everywhere and information is available.In life,the media plays an increasingly important role;in the school,the media is increasingly becoming the dominant force forming and shaping of information campus and pseudo reality.Teachers' education and teaching is influenced by various media,the teacher's own media literacy condition also receives more and more attention from the society.Media Literacy of Teachers as an important part of Teachers' Literacy,it plays an important role in promoting the renewal of educational concept,the optimization of teaching process and the improvement of teaching quality.From different perspectives,the goal of improving teachers' media literacy is slightly different.while effective teaching is regarded as a kind of teaching ideal or realm.The focus is on how teachers promote students' learning and development through effective teaching,which reflects the eternal pursuit of teaching.In view of this,this paper focuses on the media literacy of teachers under the care of effective teaching concepts.The present situation of media literacy of middle school teachers is investigated by questionnaire and interview,and the level of media literacy of middle school teachers is understood,and the existing problems are pointed out.In order to help teachers better adapt to the development of the times and contribute some ideas to the improvement of teaching effectiveness,this paper puts forward specific strategies to improve teachers' media literacy.This paper mainly follows the research idea of "theoretical traceability,realistic consideration,problem reflection-strategy exploration".The paper is divided into five chapters,and the main contents are summarized as follows:The first chapter introduces the origin,purpose and significance of the research,and combs the relevant research literature to clarify the research ideas and research methods;The second chapter is the core concept definition and the research theory foundation,mainly carries on the core concept definition and the correlation concept discrimination,and has carried on the explanation to the research theory foundation;the third chapter has carried on the historical trace to the teacher media accomplishment development course,It also focuses on the overall understanding,basic structure and important role of teachers' media literacy under the care of effective teaching concepts.Chapter 4th is the part of practical consideration and problem analysis.The questionnaire survey method is the main method,and the interview method is supplementary to the secondary school teachers.The actual state of media literacy is considered,and the main problems are analyzed.Chapter 5th is the part of strategy exploration.This chapter is guided by the concept of effective teaching.This paper probes into the strategies of improving the media literacy of middle school teachers from two aspects:internal cultivation strategy and external promotion strategy.The conclusions are as follows:regarding the knowledge of media literacy,middle school teachers have a basic understanding of the concept of media,but lack of understanding of the concept and content of media literacy,and have a deeper understanding of the applied knowledge of traditional teaching media.However,the application of modern teaching media such as electronic schoolbags,electronic whiteboards,and new teaching forms such as flipping classrooms are not well understood.In terms of media literacy skills,the media skills of middle school teachers are not very optimistic,the main manifestation are the use of single media.,poor media operation skills,implement skills shortage in aspects of media literacy education.Media literacy attitude of most middle school teachers is more positive,but there are still some teachers who are slightly negative,lack of understanding of the importance of teachers'media literacy and the application of media technology and resources to teaching.In addition to the above three aspects,the study also found some problems in the construction of school media environment,the teacher media literacy training and the teachers' overall media literacy level.The study found that,Teachers' media literacy should be promoted from two aspects:internal cultivation strategy and external promotion strategy.The internal cultivation strategy of middle school teachers' media literacy mainly includes:1)deepen the development of media knowledge:the knowledge demand of improving teaching effectiveness.2)Improving Media skills:methods of improving Teaching effectiveness 3)pay attention to correct Media attitude:internal Cognition of improving Teaching effectiveness.External Promotion Strategies of Media Literacy of Middle School Teachers include:1)strengthen Media Environment Construction:the resource support for the improvement of teaching effectiveness 2)to carry out media literacy training:the effective guarantee of the improvement of teaching effectiveness.
