Research On Teaching Effectiveness Of Further Education Of Teachers From Primary And Middle Schools

With the direction of life-long education and the basis of analyzing related literature, this paper deeply discusses the teaching effectiveness of further education of teachers from primary and middle schools.This paper analyzes the current situation of researches on teaching effectiveness of further education of teachers from primary and middle schools done by scholars abroad and home in details. Also, basing on the conception of teaching effectiveness, this paper states the reality of teaching effectiveness' shortages of teachers' further education in China from the aspects of effect, efficiency and benefit systematically. The reasons why the teaching effectiveness is insufficient mainly cover some of the aspects, these are the deficiency of teachers' teaching attitude, sense of responsibility, knowledge and technology, and the imperfect reward system and insufficient material conditions of teaching, as well as poor participation of teachers from primary and middle schools. Aiming at the insufficiency of further education of teachers from primary and middle schools, the author puts forward the tactics to improve the teaching effectiveness of teachers' further education: first of all, teachers must develop the idea and consciousness of teaching effectiveness; secondly, teachers must improve their own qualities and abilities; then, effective teaching plans need to be developed on the basis of setting teaching aims, establishing course system, choosing teaching methods and optimizing teaching assessment; finally, a better environment foe effective teaching needs to be created.To sum up, the teaching effectiveness of further education of teachers from primary and middle schools refers to a tactics, but even an idea. It is an effective integration, rather than the effectiveness of certain special teaching methods or ways.
