| In March 2012,China’s Ministry of Education released the "Ten Years of Education Informatization Development Plan(2011-2020)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Ten-year Plan")to explicitly put forward "increase the leadership of informationization." The report of the Ninth National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly pointed out that the development of education in our country is facing the problem of "imbalance is not sufficient".Information leadership is the "soul" of the development of educational informatization and determines the direction and level of development of educational informatization.In less developed areas,primary and secondary school administrators are required to continuously improve their own informatization leadership,adapt to changes in the environment of education informatization,and guide and promote the development of education informatization in underdeveloped regions so as to promote the balanced development of national education informatization.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the informatization leadership of primary and secondary school administrators in underdeveloped counties.This study took the subjects of primary and secondary school administrators in the underdeveloped Hanyin County of Shaanxi Province as the research object,adopted a qualitative and quantitative hybrid research method,and conducted a survey on the development status of its information leadership using questionnaires and interviews.Analyze the existing problems and propose targeted improvement strategies.The research results of this study include:(1)Theoretical results:Using literature analysis methods,combing and analyzing domestic and foreign research on informatization leadership,grasping the status quo and trends,and addressing "underdeveloped counties," "primary and secondary school administrators," "leadership," and "Informatization leadership" and other core concepts are defined.(2)Research tool preparation:With reference to the research results at home and abroad,we compiled the "Informationization Leadership Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Managers in Less Developed Counties in Shaanxi Province" and"Interview Outline for Informatization Leadership of Primary and Secondary School Administrators in Less Developed Counties in Shaanxi Province".Using a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods,the statistics and analysis of managerial information leadership were conducted.(3)Descriptive analysis:Descriptive statistical analysis methods are applied to three levels of leadership of managers’ informationization leadership:personal information literacy(ITL1),information management capability(ITL2),informationization assessment capability(ITL3),and Ten secondary dimensions:Informatization Awareness and Attitude(ITL1-A),Informatization Knowledge and Competence(ITL1-B),Informatization Ethics Law(ITL1-C),Informatization Planning and Construction(ITL2-A),Support Informatization Teaching and Learning(ITL2-B),Informatization Communication and Coordination(ITL2-C),Evaluation Communication and Coordination(ITL3-A),Evaluation Informationization Teaching and Learning(ITL3-B),Evaluation Informationization Planning and The construction(ITL3-C)and self-informatization evaluation(ITL3-D)were used for statistical analysis.(4)Difference analysis:Independent sample t-test was used.The one-way analysis of variance was performed on primary and secondary school administrators of different genders,ages,education levels,career durations,positions,and school types.The difference in the second dimension is analyzed.(5)Problems and Attributions:Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data,the problems existing in the informatization leadership of the middle and primary school administrators are discovered,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed based on the interview data.(6)Improvement measures:Based on the analysis of literature,status quo,problems and attributions,a strategy for improving the development of informationization leadership for primary and secondary school administrators in underdeveloped counties is proposed from the national level,school level and individual level.. |
