| With the rapid development and wide applications of new information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence and blockchain,higher education is in the world facing the entrapment and involvement of information technology.The 2020 outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic makes the integration of higher education and Information Technology,the process of higher education informatization,more and more value highlight and accelerate the trend of development.Based on the Black Swan event of education in large-scale online education during the epidemic period,it can also be predicted that the informationization of higher education will become an inevitable trend in the reform and development of global higher education,it will also become the inevitable choice for the high-quality development of higher education in our country.Under the background of the above-mentioned,the process of higher education informationization in China is faced with many ways to choose,which can exert external influence through policy making at the national level,industrial demand and technical support at the social level,etc.,we can also achieve internal breakthrough through the planning and development of the deans and the reform of teachers’ classroom teaching mode.However,whether from external social influence or from internal self-breakthrough,at the moment when the management system of higher education is changing and secondary colleges of universities become more flexible and free school-running subjects,the role and value of the deans in the process of higher education informatization can not be replaced.Informationiztion leadership of deans has become a necessary and important research area.In contrast,there is a lack of research and analysis on informationizaiton leadership of the deans,and there is little reference to the group of deans and their informationization leadership.The value,subjectivity and practicality of informationization leadership of deans in colleges and universities,that is,the value and research necessity of informationization leadership of deans in colleges and universities,the structural dimension of informationization leadership of deans in colleges and universities,the influencing factors,motivation mechanism,ability preference and development stage of informationization leadership of deans in colleges and universities,has become a basic problem for the high-quality development of higher education informatization,and needed urgent attention,analysis,answer and explanation.In order to promote the high-quality development of higher education in China,it is necessary to carry on the localization analysis and the research to informationization leadership of deans in colleges and universities,that is,starting from the practice of the informationization leadership of the deans,by observing the practice of informationization leadership of the deans and interviewing the deans on informationization leadership,the author obtains the structure dimension,influencing factors,dynamic mechanism and development practice of informationization leadership of the deans,then it forms a logical framework to analyze and understand the informationization leadership of the deans,and finally it to verify the above conclusion by the survey data and practical cases.Through in-depth interviews with some deans of provincial universities,we can form some models of informationization leadership of deans in colleges and universities:static structure model,situation mechanism model and development practice model.Among them,the static structure model divides the informationization leadership of the deans into decision-making and planning ability,coordination and communication ability,teaching and research promotion ability,management and evaluation ability;The situation mechanism model is subdivided into the influence factor model,the motive mechanism model and the ability situation model.From the technical,individual,non-technical(political,economic,knowledge)three aspects,this study analyzes the influence factor of the deans informationization leadership,this study puts forward the dynamic mechanism of informationization leadership of the deans under the guidance of single factor and the coordination of multiple factors,and analyzes the situation of informationization leadership of the deans from two aspects of relationship object and task nature.The development practice model is subdivided into the ability preference model,the ability linkage model and the development stage model,and analyzes the ability preference type,the preference degree,the preference correction and so on,this study summarizes the development stages of the informationization leadership of the deans,such as generation leading,Innovation and paradigm shift In order to ensure the validity of the study,we can use the multiple methods of interview,investigation and Literature Review,through the analysis of survey data and the sorting of research literature,the rationality of the above-mentioned model is verified by practice and theory.In fact,the models of informationization leadership of the deans formed by this research are a summary and refinement of the practice of informationization leadership of the deans.But what is more necessary and urgent,is to think more abstractly and universally about the informatizationization leadership of the deans.We can,from three aspects of technology,pedagogy and sociology,discusses the development and influence of information technology,the levels and laws of higher education system,and the types and functions of social factors,which are involved in the informatization leadership of the deans,this paper analyzes and merges,constructs an analytical framework of "Technology-education-society" for the deans,and with the help of this framework,explains several models of the informationization leadership of the deans,it also gives a theoretical explanation to the informationization leadership practice of the deans.In view of the contextuality and practicality of the informationization leadership of the deans,we can also goes deep into the informationization leadership practice of the deans through interviews,observations and consulting materials,this study makes a deep narrative analysis and practical description of the informationization leadership of the deans from different perspectives,and further explains and validates some models and analytical frameworks of the informationization leadership of the deans in colleges and universities on the route of returning from theory to practice. |
