In recent years,China's media industry has undergone tremendous changes.Traditional media no longer have a strong appeal,Internet media is more favored by a wide audience,New media platform "Break out".In this regard,technological progress has driven the development of the new media industry and provided corresponding conditions for citizen news.On the other hand,it is closely connected with social development factors such as the improvement of the self-awareness of the people,the development and popularization of communications equipment,and the comprehensive coverage of the Internet.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China is currently in the final stage of building a well-off society.All sectors of society are making every effort to promote the socialist modernization drive.However,many social problems have also emerged in this process,such as the need to improve the national legal system and the need for power supervision.The news media of our country is not only the mouthpiece of the party and the government,but also the weapon of the masses to supervise the society.The collision of dual identities makes the news media face a severe test.In recent years,False news?Reverse news frequently,the credibility of the news media is greatly reduced,the social masses also questioned the authority of the news media,as a result,the social masses have turned to online media and citizen news.However,online media and citizen news also have their own defects,and they cannot be a good lens for reflecting social reality.The complicated social environment,and the complex status of the old and new media,and the undergraduate journalism students who are about to enter the media industry are full of confusion.Professional identity is an important influencing factor for whetherthe career subject chooses the profession.For journalism undergraduates,the higher the professional identity of the journalism industry,the greater the possibility of choosing journalism after graduation.Therefore,in recent years,many scholars have begun to pay attention to the study of professional identity of undergraduate journalism students.The study found that the professional identity of journalism undergraduates is influenced by many factors,such as the influence of individual's own family and personality,as well as the constraints of education,social environment and other factors.Among them,college education plays a decisive role in the professional identity of journalism undergraduates.Professional internship as a part of journalism education also has a great influence on the professional identity of journalism undergraduates.This thesis uses the relevant theories of professional identity,taking the undergraduate journalism students of Shandong Normal University as the research case,through questionnaires,case interviews methods,to explore the impact of professional internships on journalistic undergraduate professional identity,in order to promote news The promotion of professional internships in school education enhances the professional identity of journalism undergraduates.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part briefly describes the background and significance of the research,sorts out the results of related research at home and abroad,defines the research objects,explains the research methods,and summarizes the innovative points of the research.The first chapter defining the concept of professional identity,starting from the two aspects of occupation and identity,clarifying the relevant concepts.The frame dimensions of professional identity construction for journalism undergraduates are summarized and analyzed,and the paper divides the dimensions of professional identity.At the same time,it also briefly analyzes the status quo of professional identity of journalism undergraduates.The second chapter is the key part,from the four aspects of professional motivation,professional emotion,occupational cognition and self-cognition,it carefully analyzes the effect of professional internship on the professional identity of journalism undergraduates.The impact of professional internships on journalism undergraduates is complex.It is not possible to simply classify influences as positive or negative.It requires multiple perspectives to analyze,but overall,there are more positive impacts than negative ones.The third chapter analyzes the specific factors which influence the professional identity of journalism undergraduates in professional practice from three aspects: career satisfaction,work environment and social environment.The professional subjects gain material rewards and spiritual rewards in the course of their career development,which together constitute the professional satisfaction of the professional subjects.The level of professional satisfaction has a greater impact on the professional identity of professional subjects.Secondly,the working atmosphere of the work unit and the relationship between colleagues are also important factors affecting the undergraduate journalism awareness of the news industry.Finally,the third chapter is the social environment and media environment that students feel through in-depth work in professional internships,which affects the students' judgment on the atmosphere and prospects of the news work.The fourth chapter,based on the students' viewpoints,puts forward their own suggestions.It is hoped that by promoting the development of professional internship in journalism education in our country,we will create more useful materials for our journalism industry and reduce theloss of journalistic talents.As a result,journalism undergraduates have been affected in every aspect of their professional internships,and their professional identity has also undergone complex changes.Only schools and news organizations unite and work together to better guide journalistic undergraduates.Career development,shaping more talent for the news industry.
