Performance appraisal,as the most effective evaluation method for employees in enterprises and institutions,is widely used in enterprises,education and medical industry.At present,the research on teachers' performance appraisal standards is mainly focused on teachers and primary and secondary school teachers in colleges and universities,and rarely involves the study of performance appraisal of middle school PE teachers.Based on the relevant research theories of work performance,this study takes the work performance structure model of middle school PE teachers as the research object.In view of that data of the relevant literature,the questionnaire was establish in conjunction with the semi-structured interview to establish the work performance of the high school physical teacher,to the 230 high school physical education teacher,to use SPSS 19.0 to conduct the reliability analysis,the analysis of the data,the correlation analysis and the structural efficiency analysis,to analyze the structure model of the work performance of the middle school physical teacher,and finally conclude the structural model of the work performance of the middle school physical education teachers,and describe the structure of the model The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The middle school PE teachers' job performance structure model of second order 4 factor model(second-order factor 1 first-order 4 factors),the second-order factor of job performance,first order 4 factors respectively for the teaching,extracurricular sports training,professional ethics and teaching research.2.According to build five factor theory model and PE teacher interview to develo p the survey scale for middle school PE teachers' job performance,including four dimen sions,24 item,scale of the whole reliability coefficient is 0.94,the dimension of reliabil ity coefficient more than 0.88,the scale has good structure validity and reliability,for m iddle school PE teachers' job performance management and evaluation provides a reliab le way.3.Through comparison,it is found that there is a big difference between this research conclusion and the domestic university teachers and primary and secondary school teachers in the performance evaluation dimension.The performance evaluation dimension of University and primary and secondary school teachers can not be used as a performance appraisal method for middle school physical education teachers.
