| In the context of the new era,the country regards scientific and technological innovation as a major national strategy,and achieving high-quality development of the national science and technology level through scientific and technological innovation is a top priority.The development of science and technology has strongly promoted the transformation of production methods,lifestyles and thinking modes,and fully demonstrated the all-round social functions of science and technology.Institutions of higher learning bear important responsibilities in the process of national science and technology development and innovation,and are the main positions for the output of scientific research results,and university teachers are the main participants in scientific research activities.Improving the scientific research performance of university teachers is essential to the improvement of scientific research quality.The development of colleges and universities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is affected by the overall economic and social development of the local area.But at the same time,some colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia have distinctive professional characteristics and obvious disciplinary advantages.They can reach the first-class in ethnic areas and well-known domestically in the professional disciplinary field.In order to better promote the scientific research work of colleges and universities and improve the overall scientific research level of Inner Mongolia colleges and universities,studying the scientific research performance of college teachers in Inner Mongolia is of great significance to improve the scientific research performance of college teachers,improve the scientific research level of teachers,increase the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities,and promote regional social development.This research conducted an in-depth study of relevant domestic and foreign literature,and defined related concepts based on the actual situation of university teachers’ scientific research performance in Inner Mongolia.According to the basic theoretical basis of motivation theory,demand hierarchy theory,planned behavior theory,etc.the influencing factors of university teachers’ scientific research performance are obtained: personal motivation,scientific research investment,scientific research innovation ability,assessment and incentive policies.On this basis,a theoretical model was constructed to explain and define each variable in the model,and to put forward research hypotheses.According to the existing scale and the influencing factors of this article,a questionnaire is designed,and the factors influencing the scientific research performance of university teachers are analyzed by using factor molecules and structural equation analysis methods.The research results show that: personal motivation,scientific research investment,scientific research innovation ability,assessment and incentive policies have a significant positive impact on university teachers’ scientific research performance.The more sufficient and correct the personal motivation of university teachers to carry out scientific research,and the higher and more specific their investment in scientific research activities,the more they can improve scientific research performance.At the same time,the stronger the teacher’s scientific research and innovation ability,the more positive the teacher’s evaluation and incentives from the external environment,which can also improve the scientific research performance of college teachers.On this basis,suggestions were put forward that the competent departments of universities should increase the importance of scientific research,universities need to further improve the management system,increase the training and introduction of scientific research talents,optimize the incentive mechanism to stimulate scientific research motivation,and take multiple measures to improve teachers’ own capabilities.And suggestions. |
