In the 1970 s,a British psychologist Tony · bo who created the mind mapping the finishing tool of thinking,in the heart of the "mind map" mind mapping is defined as:"a mind map using charts show start thinking.Essentially,mind mapping is the repetition and imitation of divergent thinking,which in turn amplifies the brain's instincts and makes the brain more powerful and beneficial.Now,mind mapping application in China has more than 20 years of history,professor of mind mapping education institutions blossom everywhere,some experts and scholars have studied,creatively,director of the east China normal university Liu Zhuo source puts forward the concept of "discipline" mind maps,apply it administered teaching,mentioned in this article the mind map of both bo praise mind map and the characteristic of "discipline" mind maps."Ideological and moral curriculum standard"(2011 edition)explicitly put forward:"the thought personal character class's mission is to lead students to understand the society,to participate in public life,cherish life,understand life,gradually formed the basic concept of right and wrong,good and evil and ugliness,live a positive and healthy life,responsible citizens."Junior middle school thought moral notice is,therefore,through to the student and the guidance of value judgment,wants to cultivate positive and healthy citizens,new teaching material "the morality and the rule of law," also fully embodies the requirement of the curriculum standard,teaching material content is more close to the student life,knowledge learning,ability enhancement,the junior middle school students through the cultivation of harmony.Mind mapping in accordance with the requirements of quality education,to effectively solve part of the problem existing in the moral character,apply it to the class teaching of morality and the rule of law,helps the student to study,is beneficial to teachers' professional development.Constructivism theory,orchid hypothesis,friendly brain theory and other theories provide theoretical basis and method guidance for the application of mind mapping in the course of morality and rule of law.Applying mind mapping to the lesson "morality and the rule of law",from the Angle of teachers,students,schools,there are physical and psychological factors,but these factors hindering the application of mind map are temporary,and that when the basis of economic development to a certain degree,the school teaching development to a certain extent,will be solved.Mind mapping is applied to the junior middle school class teaching of morality and the rule of law,whether for students or teachers,has a unique advantage,for students,it conforms to the psychological characteristics of the junior middle school students,to strengthen students'memory,personalized learning,cooperative learning,enhance the ability of the structure of the students thinking,for teachers,for teachers preparing lectures,take notes.Mind mapping is more widely used in classroom teaching.It can be used as an auxiliary teaching tool in teaching new lessons,review lessons and problem sets.In the new teaching,the general mind mapping can be used to carry out the pre-class preparation,class discussion and after-class extension process and guide students to spread their thoughts.In recitation class,students can use "conceptual thinking map" and "thematic thinking map" to guide their learning.Recitation can be applied to both the objective topic,can also be used in the subjective topic modeling,including reasons subjective topic,meaning the subjective topic,measures the subjective topic,view the subjective topic and enlightenment subjective item,etc.
