In 1970,the famous British psychologist Tony Bozan proposed the mind-arranging tool-mind map,and defined it in Mind Map: embody divergent thinking through charts.In essence,the mind map repeats and imitates the divergent thinking and amplifies the brain instinct to make the brain stronger.Up to now,the mind map has been in development for more than 20 years in China,and many academics have studied it.Moreover,well-known scholar Liu Yuyuan also proposed the concept of "disciplinary mind map" and applied it in subject teaching.The mind map involved in this study covers the above two concepts.This article first explains the background,purpose,and research content of this research.It summarizes the current research status of mind mapping in teaching at home and abroad,and determines the research ideas,content,methods,and innovations of this article through previous research results.Points,research difficulties,and deficiencies in research.At present,the application of the mind map system in the junior middle school politics class is still relatively small,and there is a large application space.This paper discusses the effectiveness of the use of mind maps in the junior middle school politics class It has certain research value.Secondly,it analyzes the meaning of mind maps,the common methods of making them,and the advantages of using them in the teaching process.The use of mind maps can help students better grasp the important points of knowledge,help memory,enhance learning interest,and improve learning efficiency.And effect.Then,through the teaching activities,the concrete application of the mind map method in the ethics and rule of law course of junior high school was studied.The application of the mind map method in the organization of new lectures,review lessons,and exercise lessons in "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school.Through the specific application,the characteristics of the application of mind maps in the teaching of "morality and the rule of law" have been found.Mind maps allow students to have the correct three perspectives,guide them to form correct value judgments,and cultivate well-developed citizens.At the same time,the new textbook "Ethics and the Rule ofLaw" also effectively reflects the relevant requirements of the curriculum standards.The content of the textbook is more in line with actual life.During the period of strengthening students' knowledge and skills,they focus on three aspects of training.Then it outlines the application effect of mind mapping method in the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high school.As far as mind mapping method is concerned,it is consistent with the requirements of quality education.It can effectively deal with some problems in education and teaching.The application of this book in Morality and the Rule of Law has significant advantages for both students and teachers.As far as students are concerned,it is consistent with the psychological characteristics of junior high school students,which can improve students' memory,personalized learning ability,etc.,and enhance their awareness of moral rule of law.As for teachers,they can help teachers prepare lessons and strengthen business literacy.Thereby improving the teaching effect and quality.Finally,the insufficiency of the application of mind mapping method in the ethics and rule of law course in junior high school and its countermeasures are discussed.
