In 2015,"National High-quality Resources Sharing Class of Teacher Education"(Sharing Class of Teacher Education)has moved into the last phase.With a few(about 5)years' development,most courses passed the final certification,and been used at "ICourse" Platform.By using the ways as literature research,questionnaire investigation,information records and interviews,based on the survey of 200 teacher education courses which are the focus of Ministry of Education.This research summarized the achievement of Sharing Class of Teacher Education,discussed the peoblems and provides several advices.This reaserch has founded that,the development of Sharing Class of Teacher Education has made considerable achievements such as: a good variety of online courses,both PC and mobile teminals had been coved,a large number of online students,promotion of teachers' professional skills,standard teaching behaviours,transformstion of teachers' opinions,decrease of wasteful duplication of effort,change of learning ways and communications beyond time and space.However,Sharing Class of Teacher Education still shows several problems.The first one is Team-building,some teams ignored the understanding of policy documents that result in an unresonable team structure and unconpleted resuore development,they lack skills in equipments and softwares and meet difficulty in the recording of teaching videos.The second problem is "ICourse" Platform,a lack of support and guidance in the early phases of development has lead to data updating and maintenance problems.The last one is the problem of Sharing Class of Teacher Education,completed online study has not been achieved and the expanded resources have not been used.To solve these problems,"ICourse" Platform should put more efforts on platform's service ability,a data updating system that editors and tecnicans can surveil each other,and the propaganda of Sharing Class of Teacher Education.At the first time,course teams and their universities should be well prepared for development,including collection of teaching materials,high quality equipments and softwares,basic centralism technical training,division of complex technologies,create relaxed recording environment and solutions of live video recording problems.The processes of course development and contents should also be taken seriously.Finally,Sharing Class of Teacher Education need to seize the opportunities of transformation and upgrading,develop large-scale online open courses.
