Currently,network public opinion has an increasingly obvious influence on China’s politics,economy,culture and civic life.Under the big data environment,the information blowout of network public opinion has introduced new challenges to its governance.At the forefront of online public opinion governance,the local governments are facing daunting challenge,which are new opportunities on the other side.It is of great theoretical significance and practical application value to study and analyze the features of local government network public opinion governance in the era of big data and the countermeasures to improve network public opinion governance.In combination with the big data theory,this article analyzes the new characteristics of the network public opinion in the era of big data in comparison with the traditional public opinion after elaborating the concept of network public opinion governance.This article studies the merits these new features bring to the governance of online public opinion,so as illustrate the necessity of enhancing the governance of online public opinion in the era of big data.After that,taking the current situation of network public opinion governance under the background of big data in Yantai City Government as an example,it conducts a comprehensive analysis of practical experience and problems.This article holds that big data is not applied effectively on governing network public opinion by the local governments,and there exist problems in the construction of network public opinion governance systems,technologies,and guidance platforms.Finally,in regard to these issues,from the governance concept,mechanism,model,technology and other levels,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed preliminarily to improve the governance of local government network public opinion in the era of big data. |
