Research On The Model Of Mutual Assistance For The Elderly In Qingdao's Community And The Influencing Factors Of The Needs Of The Elderly

With the deepening of China's aging and the increase of empty nesters,in order to alleviate the lack of old-age resources and meet the urgent needs of the elderly,exploring and developing mutual assistance has become a strategic choice for China to meet the challenges of old-age care.Carrying out mutual aid and old-age care practice,the community mutual aid and old-age mode of Qingdao has gradually formed the operation mode of “government support,community-based,social participation,and private operation” in exploration and practice,which has important research value.Under this background,the thesis conducted an in-depth investigation and research on the community mutual support model in Qingdao and the influencing factors of the needs of the elderly,hoping to understand this model accurately and promote the optimized development of the model,providing reference and reference for the development of mutual support work.Based on data analysis and interviews,the thesis gives an overall introduction to the community mutual support model in Qingdao.It is found that while this mutual support model plays its advantages,there are still problems in terms of support,participation,service level,evaluation and supervision.Then,based on the empirical research data,the influencing factors of the needs of the elderly in the community mutual support pension model in Qingdao were analyzed.The influencing factors were mainly screened through the single factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis in SPSS.On this basis,the ISM structure was adopted.The analytical method constructs an explanatory structural model of influencing factors.According to the results of the study,the needs of the 10 factors for the elderly,including education,self-care ability,living style,frequency of social activities,types of service needs,family attitudes,mutual aid and old-age understanding,the importance of supervision,system security level preferences,and community care,are determined.The choice has a significant impact.At the same time,the system of Qingdao 's community mutual support pension model for the needs of the elderly manifests as a multi-level hierarchical structure system.Among them,the type of service demand,the level of system security preference,and the importance of supervision are the surface factors,social The frequency of activities,community care and mutual understanding of old-age support are the middle-level influencing factors.Family attitudes,living style,education level and self-care ability are in-depth influencing factors.Based on the analysis of the research results,the thesis combined with the domesticand foreign mutual aid elderly care experience for reference,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Qingdao community mutual aid elderly care model,that is,the government as the lead to increase support input,with the elderly as the main body to encourage active participation,to The community relies on broadening mutual assistance services,and uses society as a platform to standardize assessment and supervision.It is expected that mutual assistance and old-age care can form a diversified pattern in the future development.By exerting the power of the elderly's own values and diverse subjects,the elderly's needs for old-age care can be met and the living standard in later years can be improved,And further enrich and improve China's elderly care service system.
