| Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,the youth population flowing to the city has increased rapidly.More and more elderly people leave their hometowns,follow their children to live in other places,and become elderly people who move along.They came to an unfamiliar city and faced a series of urban integration problems.The community as an important carrier of life,integration into the community is an important process for the elderly who migrate to integrate into the urban social life.The community integration of the elderly with migration not only affects the physical and mental health of the elderly,but also affects the harmony of the family,community and society.The effective intervention of professional social work is of great significance to help the elderly who move with them to integrate into the community more effectively.This article takes 32 elderly people who move with each other in the X community of Jiangxi Province as the research object,and takes the social support theory and the symbol interaction theory as the theoretical basis.The author first divides community integration into community life integration,social interaction integration and psychological integration.Through Semi-structure interviewing,non-participating observation and questionnaire survey,we understand the integration dilemma of the community-elderly elderly,and then conduct needs assessment.Next,on this basis,design group activities in a targeted manner,establish a support group for elderly mutual assistance,and carry out six sections of group work services that respond to their actual needs.Each group activity has specific group goals,and strives to improve the ability of the elderly to move into the community after the corresponding activities,and lay the foundation for the elderly to move into the community life better and faster.After the group activities,the author chooses group member evaluation,group member feedback and social worker evaluation to evaluate the effect.The study found that this group activity helped elderly people who migrated to improve their self-confidence,reduced their sense of disability in the elderly,expanded their social network,strengthened their sense of identity and belonging to the community,and allowed elderly people who migrated to better integrate into the community.among.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on the group activities so that they can better serve the group of elderly people who move with them in the future. |
