Research On Local Government Information Disclosure Under The Background Of Service-oriented Government

In the new era,our country attaches great importance to the construction and development of the government itself,continuously optimizing the function setting,smoothly completing the institutional reform,and steadily improving the construction level of the service-oriented government.In this background,further studying the relevant policy theories of government information disclosure and continuously improving the shortcomings in working practice is conducive to the construction of service-oriented government and the improvement of public service quality.Taking S city as an example,this paper firstly expresses the basic principles and methods of local government information disclosure.Then it looks into the current condition of this project through adopting questionnaire and interviewing method,learning from mature model and typical action of advanced region,looking for existent outstanding problems and analyzing correspondingly.At last,it brings about nine targeted policies in terms of ideological understanding,strengthening security and institutional mechanisms in order to provide some references of the construction of information disclosure for local government in the future.
