Research On The Police Administrative Assistance System In Our Country

Only in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations of administrative body,the exercise of power according to law,have the courage to take responsibility,to gain the trust of the people,establish law enforcement authority and credibility,and achieves the goal of the administrative management.Police administrative assistance as a common form of administrative assistance,which has been widely applied in the practical work,the first help,including the public security organ,the administrative law enforcement,use of social forces to better serve the masses;On the other hand,there are a series of problems,such as improper regulation.Based on this,this paper probes into the police administrative assistance system.This paper in the introduction part to the research purpose and meaning,the information on the police administrative assistance at home and abroad,research methods and thesis structure of,analysis of this article research background and value.Then according to the actual situation of domestic police administrative assistance at this stage,points out the problems and defects,and analyzes the cause of the problem,introduces the implementation of the police to assist the feasibility of the system,and formulate the effective response;Then,it analyzes the relevant legislation and problems of the administrative assistance of the police and the basic structure of police administrative assistance through the above theoretical inquiry and normative inquiry.
