The Research On Allocation Of Police Power Resources In Gaizhou

With the continuous development of the social and economic situation,social governance work faces a series of phased tests.It can be said that the new situation is becoming more and more strict with the requirements of public security organs.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made new arrangements for deepening the construction of a safe China and a rule of law China,and put forward new requirements for deepening the practice of governing the country according to law and adhering to strict,standardized,fair and civilized law enforcement.Under the background of intensified social conflicts and complicated law enforcement environment,the problem of insufficient police resources and unreasonable allocation has become increasingly prominent.The problem of "the lack of police power" has become a bottleneck restricting the development of public security work.The scientific and rational police force configuration can not only meet the urgent needs of the current public security police force,but also improve the quality and efficiency of public security work.Based on the literature review,this paper closely links the work practice,adopts the literature analysis method,the investigation research method and other research methods,analyzes the current situation of the public security police resource management in Gaizhou,and uses the questionnaire survey method to pass the work intensity of the police.Work ability,preferential treatment,training system,incentive mechanism,work enthusiasm,etc.,to find out the main problems in the current allocation of police resources,that is,the department is complicated and the work efficiency is not high,non-police activities take up too much Police force,the phenomenon of brain drain is serious,the professional quality of the police is uneven,according to the cause of the problem analysis,and solutions and suggestions for the drug are proposed,from reorganizing the police resources,clarifying the positioning of public security functions,establishing a sound scientific evaluation system and strengthening the professional training of public security.Optimizing the allocation of public security police resources in Gaizhou City is not only conducive to the theoretical research on the allocation of police resources,but also has certain reference significance to help solve the problems existing in the current management of police resources and improve the existing public management status.
