The way for people to obtain information has been transformed from traditional channels such as newspapers,television,and broadcasting to a new way of using the Internet as a carrier and the official portal.The government information portal as an authoritative channel for people to obtain government information is gradually developing and improving.In 2007,the"Regulations on the Openness of Government Information of the People’s Republic of China"was formally adopted,and the principle of"opening as the principle,with the exception of non-disclosure" was established.It has been officially implemented since 2008.The information resources of governments at all levels are more standardized,and the information resources are gradually integrated to achieve electronic management and the sharing of government information resources.The government portal information website plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the government’s information disclosure and strengthening the supervision of government power.In terms of roles,on the one hand,as a network carrier for information disclosure,the carrying capacity and timeliness of information disclosure have advantages that cannot be overcome by other means.Not only serving local people,but also playing an important role in the overall linkage of services.in recent years,with the development of self-media and the untimely and inaction of government portal information disclosure,the research of this paper has become more contemporary.Summarizes the role of government information portals in building service-oriented government according to relevant research,and on the Jinan municipal government portal.The basic characteristics are summarized.This paper puts forward targeted suggestions for the status quo of Jinan Municipal Government Information Portal,so that the Jinan Municipal Government Portal Information Website can be used as an important carrier of government information disclosure to transform its government functions and protect citizens’participation rights.The research of this paper is based on the current situation of the Jinan municipal government portal website,and also reflects the current situation and shortcomings of the government portal website in China.In order to make it scientific,standardized and rational,I hope that the research content of this paper can provide certain research for future research.
