A Study On The Information Disclosure Of Yunnan Government Portal

Government information disclosure is an inevitable result for the government to adjust the information age. After More than 20 years of development, Yunnan government achieved some successes, but also showed a lot of problems. Many scholars have udied the field, but most of them emphasis on a certain angle, such as information disclosure technology or a system.On the basis of other academic research, I chose a system domain-the nformation management theory, to analyze the problems and offer suggestions comprehensively and deeply with a macroscopic perspective. On the basis of gathering relevant information, firstly, I summarize the present information of Yunnan government information disclosure, according to relevant statistics, propose the problems. Secondly, introduce the relevant information of the public information management and analyze the relations of the government information disclosure and information management. Then I analyze the reasons of government information disclosure problems. Finally I offer suggestions: improving the system, into the overall e-government strategy, reforming the information management, improving the construction of the platform,Promote open government information.
