| With the deepening of reform and opening up,China’s social structure has undergone many changes.In the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological construction and other fields are undergoing major changes.To adapt to these changes,it is urgent to further improve China’s public service supply and promote social governance innovation.In his 2019 government work report,premier li keqiang stressed: "we will strengthen and innovate social governance,shift the focus of social governance to the grassroots level,and build a new pattern of urban and rural community governance." It has become more important to improve China’s community governance,especially the participation of the government,social organizations and community residents."We will support social forces in increasing the supply of non-basic public services to meet the needs of the people at multiple levels and in a diversified way," the report said.Social organizations play an important role in community governance,which is of great significance to effectively eliminate negative factors in social development,solve prominent problems in social development,meet the multi-level needs of residents,and enhance the happiness of the people.Based on the theory of governance and the new public service theory,and combined with the typical practices of social organizations participating in community governance at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of social organizations participating in community governance in kuancheng district of changchun city,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.On the premise of reading a large number of domestic and foreign research reviews,this paper chooses changchun kuancheng district as the object of analysis to study the current situation of social organizations participating in community governance.The problems existing in the participation of social organizations in the governance of the wide urban area are put forward: the environment of community governance is not good,the government’s cultivation and guarantee is insufficient,the construction of social organizations is not strong,and the supervision system is not perfect.From optimizing social organizations to participate in community governance environment,increase support to cultivate social organization,strengthening the social organization self building,improve the social organization supervision system countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from several aspects,in order to better play to the function of social organizations to participate in community governance and role,and dissolve the social principal contradictions of the new era,to meet people’s increasing need of a better life,for the construction of a harmonious community. |
