Research On Community Social Organizations Participating In Community Governance In District F Of Shenzhen City

At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,it was proposed to build a community of social governance in which everyone has responsibilities,is responsible and enjoys.At present,in the context of the construction of the "double zones" of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and Shenzhen Pilot Zone,community social organizations have played a very significant positive role in Shenzhen’s urban governance and community governance.Based on the participatory governance theory and social capital theory,this paper investigates the current situation of social organizations in the region,taking District F of Shenzhen as an example,and then analyzes the motivation,ways,contents and governance achievements of the community social organizations in community governance.The results show that the social organizations have insufficient motivation to participate in community governance,the support network for participating in community governance needs to be improved,and the depth and breadth of the participation content are insufficient The effectiveness of participation is not strong.The overall attribution analysis is carried out from the four aspects of participation motivation,participation mode,participation content and participation effect,and then the effective optimization strategies to improve community social organizations’ participation in governance are put forward based on the case analysis results.It covers: optimizing the path of participation and support,expanding the depth and breadth of participation,improving the motivation of participation in governance,and enhancing the effectiveness of governance participation.Through the discussion of this paper,it provides effective reference and new enlightenment for the grass-roots government,provides replicable experience for urban communities,and has some reference value for improving the efficiency of community governance.
