| With the rapid development of the Chinese economy,a large number of migrant workers have flooded into the cities to work,and the urban housing problem has become more and more serious.As the capital of Guangxi,Nanning has great potential for development.Talents who do not enter other cities in Guangxi will be attracted,and many talents from other provinces are also willing to develop in Nanning.For this reason,Nanning has built a large number of affordable housing,and in recent years it has settled in many low-and middle-income families.The problems existing in the process of governance of the subsidized housing community in Nanning have slowly emerged,and community governance alone by the government is far from satisfying the development of society.The needs of the inhabitants of the community can not be met.Multicultural co-governance has become an inevitable trend of community construction and development.Community social organizations from the grassroots level will gradually undertake some government functions and provide public services to community residents.Taking community social organization as the research object,this paper analyzes the important function of community social organization in community governance,and analyzes the current situation of community social organization participating in the community governance of social housing in Nanning City.To explore the existing problems of community social organizations participating in the governance of subsidized housing communities,such as the lack of policy and legal support,the low level of participation of residents of subsidized housing communities,the low level of community social organization personnel,and the imperfect cooperation between multiple actors.According to the theory of housing security and governance,I analyze the existing problems and put forward some countermeasures to solve the corresponding problems. |
