Research On The Participation Of Multiple Subjects In Comprehensive Management Of Social Security In Binzhou City

The participation of multiple subjects in comprehensive administration of social security is very important presently,attaching great importance to improvement of effects of comprehensive administration.Recently,although the subjects of comprehensive administration were diversified,their participation,cooperation and working effects still need to be improved.Accordingly,it is impending to further set up the idea,platform,improve the implementation mechanism of multiple subject participation and reinforce the power of multiple subject participations.This thesis centered on a thorough research on the fields related to comprehensive administration of social security in Binzhou,in which approaches of field trip,dispatch,case study,reference,discussion and demographic research were taken.The writer studied the participation of multiple subjects in comprehensive administra tion of social security.The thesis contains four parts besides its introduction: the summary of comprehensive administration of social security in Binzhou,the status quo of involvement of multiple subjects,problems and reasons and strategies accordingly.The first part was a research elaboration on its connotation and content,the theories of comprehensive administration of social security,which analyses its concepts,goals,subjects,contents,elaborates the theoretical basis of governance and the new public service,the polycentric theory and the significance of the participation of multiple subjects.The second part focused on the status quo of comprehensive administration of social security in Binzhou,emphasizing the basis of both multiple subjects' participation and comprehensive administration of social security in Binzhou,and also,the composition of multiple subjects and the effects of multiple involvements were also studied.The third part was about the problems of comprehensive administration of social security in Binzhou and corresponding reasons,especially the problems of involvement,cooperation and roles when referring to multiple subjects.The reasons were illustrated through the perspectives of governance concept,working platforms and mechanism,the power of multiple subjects.The fourth part tended to sort out the strategies in comprehensive administration of social security.The writer's solution centered on governance concepts,build of platforms and systems to solve problems,perfect ion of working mechanism and methods,improvement of powers of multiple subjects.This thesis aims at studying on the participation of multiple subjects in the comprehensive administration of social security in Binzhou,the status quo of which was tightly connected with scientific ways and application of related theoretical knowledge to fulfill the research.The writer based the research on the social realities in the comprehensive administration of social security in Binzhou,mainly focusing on the solutions to deal with various problems in the comprehensive administration process.Moreover,the inner reasons of specific problems were explored and analyzed as well.With strategies to accelerate participation of multiple subjects and to enhance the improvement in the governance of the different subjects all together,the research will actively adapt to the new situation and fulfill the missions of comprehensive administration of social security in the new era,strengthening the governance ability of multiple subjects in comprehensive administration of social security to accordingly further improve the governance ability of comprehensive administration of social security and strengthen its effects and efficiency.
