Research On The Participation Of Non-Governmental Organizations In The Urban Planning Management Of Jinan City

In recent years,the degree of urbanization in China has further increased,and more and more people are pouring into cities.On the one hand,the increase in urbanization rate reflects the transformation of China's economic system,the adjustment of industrial structure and the improvement of urbanization.On the other hand,the influx of large numbers of people has increased the burden on cities and increased the possibility of intensification of social conflicts.Sexuality brings difficulty to the management of the city.Therefore,how to carry out urban planning and design scientifically and reasonably,so that urban residents live and work in peace and contentment,is related to the harmony and stability of the whole society.For a long time,China's urban planning management model has followed a government-led model.The power operation mode of this model is a single dimension.As citizens and organizations that are managed,they rarely participate in urban planning.This government-centered management model plays an important role in maintaining social stability and concentrating financial and material resources.However,with the changes in the economic and social environment,this model can no longer meet the needs of urban planning management.It is the general trend that the social forces represented by the organization participate in planning management.This paper takes literature,field investigation and qualitative analysis as the main research methods,and takes "non-governmental organizations to participate in urban planning" as the research topic,and sets the scope in Jinan.By analyzing the status quo of NGO participation in urban planning in Jinan,the paper analyzes its existing problems and proposes targeted countermeasures.Specifically,the content of this paper mainly includes five aspects: firstly,combing and reviewing the literature,and briefly introducing the writing background,research significance and research methods of this paper;secondly,defining the concepts of several main nouns involved in this paper,And introduce the theoretical basis of article writing;the third part analyzes the basic situation of NGO participation in Jinan city planning,mainly from the aspects of participation number,participation scope,participation path,participation link,participation effect,etc.On the basis of part,it analyzes the problems and causes of the participation of non-government organizations in urban planning of Jinan City.Finally,it proposes countermeasures in a targeted manner to further promote the participation of non-governmental organizations in urban planning and management of Jinan City.In the context of promoting the modernization of national governance and governance systems,non-governmental organizations,enterprises,and individuals should become the mainstay of social management,rather than being on the sidelines.As an important part of public management,NGOs participating in urban planning management can not only reduce the burden on the government,but also promote the better implementation of urban planning and jointly promote urban construction and development in Jinan.
