The Research On Urban Grid Management Of Jinan

With the rapid development of the urbanization,the number of the urban population has gradually increased. In the meanwhile, the scale of the city has expanded rapidly. As a result, the traditional urban management and means obviously can not keep pace with the fast development of the city. The urban management reform has been on the agenda. In this case, the urban grid management arises at the historic moment. By the means of the urban grid management many problems can be found and solved easily as well as the infrastructure could be effectively efficient. The efficiency of the operation of the city could be improved and it can meet the demand of urban residents easily. This paper will mainly deal with the application of urban grid management, which will take Jinan city of Shandong province as an example.This article consists of six parts. The first part is introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the thesis. At the same time,it gives a general review of the related research at home and abroad, and it will put forward the research methods and means. The second part is about the theoretical analysis of urban grid management, which mainly illustrates the connotation of urban grid management, and summarizes the theoretical basis of urban grid management, and puts forward the necessity of urban grid management. The third part is about the practice of Jinan urban grid management, which concretely introduces the development of Jinan and analyze the operation of Jinan urban grid management. It summarizes the general situation of Jinan urban grid management, including the achievements and existed problems. The fourth part is the reference to the other domestic urban grid management, including Beijing and Shanghai.The fifth part is the basic idea of perfecting the urban grid management and strategies. Part 6 is the conclusion.In this article,the writer focuses on the rational thinking and the systematic analysis of the application of the urban grid management. Combining the present situation of Jinan city management,the writer puts forward his own views and suggestions on the perfection of the urban grid management.
