The Real Dilemma And Reconstruction Path Of Prison Correction Work

As the executing organ of penalty,the main responsibility of prison is to punish and reform criminals.The ultimate goal is to transform criminals into law-abiding citizens through corrective work and promote their smooth reintegration into society.Through systematic corrective work,prisons should educate and reform criminals,make full use of social resources and social forces,gradually establish a multi-level and all-round social assistance and correction system,promote the re-socialization of criminals,make criminals become qualified citizens who know,understand and abide by the law after discharge from prison,return to society with a healthy person’s mental state,and improve the comprehensive management of society.Effectiveness,so as to achieve the goal of maintaining social security and stability.Establishing a scientific and effective prison correction policy is a social problem,and it is also one of the key points of comprehensive management of social security in China.It is also an important subject for strengthening and innovating social governance in China.Through investigation,this paper systematically analyses a series of factors affecting the effect of corrective policy;uses Smith’s policy implementation model to deeply analyze the causes of the dilemma of prison corrective work,and constructs a reconstructive framework of prison corrective policy from four dimensions of relevant policies,policy environment,target groups and executive organs;and puts forward a pertinent framework of prison corrective policy by using public policy theory.Systematic governance path of policy dilemma.In view of the present situation of prison correction policy in A province,this paper,starting from theory and setting foot in practice,through investigation and quantitative analysis,finds out the logical connection between "economic source-re-employment-re-crime-correction policy",explores and demonstrates the concrete countermeasures to improve the level of prison correction policy in A province from the perspective of public policy analysis,and systematically expounds the reconstruction of prison correction in A province.The path of policy has certain guiding significance to the practical work.
