A Study On The Model Of Synergetic Correction Of Prison And Society

Community correction is a kind of non-custodial penalty with the advantages of low cost,wide participation,good correction effect and so on.However,the social correction in our country starts late and the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect.Besides,the consciousness of social participation is still weak.This paper concentrates on this status quo and develops through social actual situation in Jiangsu prison correction.It includes three parts:The first part is an overview of the current specific performance and presentation characteristics in Jiangsu prison correction.It shows social status quo of Jiangsu prison correction from family education,social education,criminal regression,expanding education and other point of view.It expounds the characteristics of social correction in Jiangsu from correction places,link,participation and content,.The second part analyzes the current problems and causes of the social prison correction in Jiangsu.Focusing on the work system,the main participation body and other aspects.This paper analyzes the problems in social correction.It analyzes the causes from the social concept,legal system,working practice and other aspects.The third part puts forward some measures to perfect the system.Combining with the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the basis of experience,model and collaborative participation.
