Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of social rhythm,job burnout has invaded all walks of life.According to the survey by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,nearly 80% of the grass-roots civil servants in China have mild job burnout,which manifests as anxiety,irritability,indifference and so on.If this kind of work pressure accumulates for a long time and can not be effectively alleviated,it will produce.Job burnout affects administrative efficiency.The grass-roots civil servants in western villages and towns are the most basic part of the grass-roots civil servants in our country.Their working ability,working attitude and service quality are directly related to the party’s governing ability and the level of national management.As an important city along the road,the duties of Xi’an’s grass-roots civil servants are more important.Therefore,this paper takes the towns(streets)of Fengxi New City in Xi’an as an example to find out the negative factors affecting cadres’ working attitude.Firstly,this paper analyses the current research background and significance,collates the research status at home and abroad,confirms the ideas and methods of this study,and clarifies the research focus and innovation.Secondly,it outlines the relevant concepts and theories,including grass-roots civil servants and grass-roots civil servants in western villages and towns,job burnout.Based on the two-factor theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,it takes grass-roots civil servants in towns(streets)of Fengxi New City as the object of study,and issues questionnaires and in-depth interviews to collect data and letters.Interest,starting with gender,age,educational background,marriage,marriage and childbearing,and working years,this paper analyses the current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in western villages and towns.It is concluded that the influencing factors of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in western villages and towns include subjective and objective factors.Gender,age,educational background,marriage,marriage and childbearing,working years,family address,interpersonal relationship and personality will all have an impact on the civil servants,resulting in job burnout.Finally,aiming at the influencing factors,we should reduce the influence of subjective and objective factors from three aspects: institutional mechanism,psychological counseling and social propaganda,improve the efficiency of its work,and provide high-quality and efficient services for the masses.
