| The business environment refers to the service efficiency and level of a country or region in all aspects of enterprise establishment,operation,taxation,investment and financing,and protection of rights and interests.It is a guarantee for companies to settle down,and also a comprehensive reflection of a country or region’s economic soft power and a Key factor to affects international competitiveness.In the early 2017,Shaanxi Province specifies that Xixian New Area is an agency of the provincial party committee and government,was hosted by Xi’an.As a new member and an important part of Great Xi’an,Fengxi New City in the Xixian New Area continues to optimize the business environment,but it still having many problems.This essay analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the business environment of Fengxi New City through questionnaire survey and SWOT model,and benchmarks the development experience of advanced regions,finally proposes business environment optimization program.This article first introduces the background significance,ideas,methods and main contents of the research on the business environment of Fengxi New City,and reviews the concepts and development status of the business environment based on the research results of relevant domestic and foreign literature.On this basis,by using the SWOT analysis method,to analyze the current situation of Fengxi New City’s business environment from Internal and external factors,and were divided into four aspects,namely internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities,threats,and the related reasons.Meanwhile,to analyze the current situation and problems of Fengxi New City’s business environment via questionnaire survey method,then summarize the reasons for the existence of Fengxi New City’s business environment problems.In order to further optimize the business environment of Fengxi New City,to designs and upgrades the business environment optimization program based on the development experience of the advanced business environment and the current development situation of the business environment of Fengxi New City.Finally,to raise the supporting policy measures and promote the development and improvement of the business environment of Fengxi New City,from the aspects of improving government public service efficiency and giving full play to regional advantages.The research in this essay provides a reference for decision-making on the optimization of the business environment in Fengxi New City and even in the Xixian New Area.By drawing on the excellent experience within China and abroad,aiming at the problems and reasons of Fengxi New City in optimizing the business environment,combined with the actual situation of regional development,to put forward business environment optimization program and measures for improving the business environment,from the aspects of improving the existing business environment system and increasing financial support and protection,which will has certain significance for the further research. |
