Research On The Problem Of The Disabled 's Rehabilitation Service Supply In Y City

As the social particular vulnerable group,the subsistence and development of the disabled people are getting more and more concern from the government and the society.The19 th CPC National Congress has clarified the goal of the programs for the disabled,attached importance to their social security and the construction of the basic public service system for them.As we all know,rehabilitation is the first step for the disabled to rebuild their life and the premise of their participation to the social life.The rehabilitation service is supplied as one of the most important part of the basic public services.Currently,our country has a huge number of disabled people,and their demand for rehabilitation service keeps growing,setting a higher requirement for the construction of the disabled's rehabilitation service supply system.Based on the relevant literature over the disabled's rehabilitation service supply,by field interview,research and study etc.,this research conducted an investigation over the situation of the disabled's rehabilitation service supply of the City of Y,trying to know its demand for disabled's rehabilitation service,and identifying the practical problems in terms of the total supply quantity,supply quality,supply content and supply construction etc.Based on the theory of welfare pluralism,this research analyses the causes underneath the problems.Further,targeting at these causes,it proposed suggestions to improve Y's disabled's rehabilitation service supply system.This research consists of below six parts.The First Chapter is introduction,including the proposal of the problem,its significance,literature review,research methods and content etc.In the Second Chapter,the relevant concepts and theories are introduced,studying the theoretical foundation and practical roots over the problems of Y's disabled's rehabilitation service supply.The Third Chapter makes summary over questionnaire surveys and sorting out the interviews materials and tried to know more about the current situation of Y's disabled's rehabilitation service demand and supply,identifying the existing problems over supply quality,supply content and supply construction of Y's disabled's rehabilitation service.The Forth Chapter makes an analysis over the existing problems of Y's disabled's rehabilitation service.The Fifth Chapter,from the perspectives of welfare pluralism theory,proposed improving suggestions towards Y's disabled's rehabilitation service supply system.On top of this,from the practices of the City of Y to amuch bigger scale,improvement proposals are put forward for the national disabled's rehabilitation service supply system.
