| Culture plays an unshakable role in the development of a country’s economy and various fields.With the country’s emphasis on cultural soft power and cultural security,the construction of public cultural services has also been emphasized.Disabled people are the most vulnerable groups in society.The construction of cultural services for disabled people contains humanitarian thoughts and the spirit of unremitting self-improvement.It carries the social value orientation of equality,dignity,mutual assistance and fraternity,and people orientation.As an important link connecting the group of disabled people with the integrated development of the whole society,the construction of public culture for the disabled is not only a requirement of the development and progress of The Times,but also an important task to promote the overall development of society.With the development of economy and society,physical and disabled people’s demand for public cultural services is increasing day by day,but they have low social security degree in study,work and life,lack of rights to participate in public cultural services,and there are various difficulties in obtaining public cultural services.If the imbalance of public cultural services for physical and disabled people cannot be solved,and the government has been unilaterally supplying resources to vulnerable groups,it will only lead to the waste of resources and low administrative efficiency,and will also affect the development of national cultural undertakings and undertakings for the disabled.In this paper,on the basis of the supply condition of zhaoqing body of public cultural services for the disabled,in combing the public cultural service supply,on the basis of related literature,through the methods of on-the-spot interview and case analysis,from the perspective of social integration of limb disabled people in our country are analyzed the problems existing in the public culture supply mode: the government’s awareness of body of public cultural services for the disabled is not strong,guidance,poor policy environment;The supply and demand of public cultural products are out of alignment,the level of public cultural services is low,and the supply of public cultural services in urban and rural areas is unbalanced.Based on theoretical analysis and field survey points extracted by the public culture of a body of persons with disabilities social integration elements of actual demand to supply mode,leading to supply mode of the policy of the government leading,centered on the social other multivariate supply supply relationship model of model integration,further improve zhaoqing body supply model of public cultural services for the disabled strategies: one is the government advocates establish the scientific view of the disabled,practicing for the disabled to provide public cultural service idea,realize the equality of persons with disabilities,share,and to participate in public cultural life;Second,under the guidance of the government and guided by the needs of physical and disabled people,a diversified supply mechanism of public cultural services should be established to form a mode of public cultural supply for physical and disabled people through mutual cooperation and joint development.Third,optimize the mode of public cultural supply for the disabled by optimizing the supply process of public cultural services,improving the level of public cultural services,and promoting the equal development of urban and rural cultural supply.The first part of this paper is the theoretical part.It has written the research background,significance,research methods,literature review,relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The second part describes the present situation of the supply of public cultural services for the physical handicapped in zhaoqing city,including the present situation of the physical handicapped,the present situation of the construction of public cultural services and the present situation of the supply model.The third part analyzes the existing problems and causes of the public cultural service supply model of the physical handicapped in zhaoqing city.The fourth part is to analyze the supply model of public cultural services for physical and disabled people in developed countries,and put forward the experience for improving the public cultural service model of zhaoqing city,including the United Kingdom,the United States,France,Japan and Hong Kong,China.The fifth part puts forward Suggestions on improving the supply mode of public cultural services for physical and disabled people from the perspective of social integration,which provides a reference for the improvement of this work and has certain guiding significance for the supply of public cultural services for physical and disabled people and even the disabled groups in China.Research on the optimization of the supply mode of public cultural services for physical and disabled people under the vision of social integration,so as to enable disabled people,especially physical and disabled people,to enjoy public cultural services,enrich spiritual and cultural life,promote the equality,participation and sharing of social and cultural life for disabled people,enhance the soft power of the state,and promote the overall harmonious development of society. |
