The public security organs are the important administrative departments of the state.In the process of economic and social development,the public security organs have the role of combating crime and protecting the people.The public security work is related to the stability and development of the whole society,and the well-being of the people and the long-term stability of the society.At present,most public security organs all over the country have through performance assessment to promote team construction and business work.However,the public security organs of the actual level of performance appraisal from the real demand gap is still huge,especially in the western backward areas,the public security organs and the administrative performance appraisal is rather heavy color,can not objectively reflect the situation of organizations and individuals to perform job duties.In order to improve the performance level of the public security organs,enhance the scientificity,accuracy and practicality of the evaluation system,and promote the service ability and the service level of public security organs in the construction,the performance appraisal has recognized some related theories as the basis,through the questionnaire survey and data analysis to find out the problems of performance appraisal of the Public Security Bureau of A city.Mainly include:lack of professional personnel performance appraisal;basic knowledge of lack of performance appraisal,performance appraisal subject and the process is not perfect,the index set is not scientific and rational etc..Based on the problems,for every problem,analyze the causes and find out the optimal path,including the change of the public security organs of the talent introduction mode,strengthen the professional talent recruitment recruitment;the different levels of training on learning all the police,the focus is to improve the police performance appraisal of attention,correct understanding of error assessment and to establish a scientific evaluation system;further enrich the evaluation subject,improve the assessment process;the implementation of performance oriented,the cadre assessment mechanism;through continuous research,feedback,further studies and further feedback,and finally formulates the reasonable index and weight.
