Marx’s population theory is based on the industrial revolution. It is produced by Marx and Engels in studying the population imbalance in capitalist society. The Marx theory of population is the related population thought that absorbs and draws lessons from the classical political economy school and the utopian socialist, and criticizes Malthus’ s capitalist ideology of population on the basis of the formation and development.Their population thoughts are permeated in different works of different periods, and the publication of Das Kapital is the symbol of the formation of Marx’s population theory. The content of Marx’s theory of population involves many,of which we can learn from and enlighten our country: the thought of "two kinds of production",the interaction of population development and the mode of social production, and the thought of population reproduction and population quality. These ideas have great inspiration and far-reaching influence on how our country adapts the development of the population to the national economy, how to improve the quality of population and the growth of the population, and how to adapt to the natural carrying capacity.
