Study On Marxist Population Theory And Practical Enlightenment

Population problem is a complicated problem connected with politics,economy and culture.To solve population problem needs long-term planning and the guidance of scientific theory.Marxist population theory through the analysis of the basic social contradictions,combined with the specific historical mode of social production,clearly understand the population phenomenon,discover the population problem,grasp the population law,for the proletariat to clear the fog of the nature of the population problem,is an important ideological weapon and precious wealth of the proletariat,is the unity of science and class.Since the Sinicization of Marxism,its population theory has also taken root and sprouted in China,and the family planning policy guided by it has made brilliant achievements.It can be said that Marxist population theory is the basic theory for the development of China’s population cause and the theoretical basis for the formulation of population policy in China.This paper systematically investigates the main ideological source and background of Marxist population theory,and realizes that although the population theory of Marx and Engels is expounded through the analysis of the population phenomenon in capitalist society,its ideological core goes beyond the restriction of a single mode of production.Since Marx and Engels did not systematically discuss the population theory,this paper digs and summarizes the scattered population thoughts from the original work,and makes a supplementary development on the basis of previous studies.It points out that the Marxist population theory at least contains three aspects: revealing the capitalist population law,exploring the nature of the population problem and expounding the socialist social population theory.The author interprets the important understanding of Marxist population theory in Chinese academic circles,and probes into the adaptive relationship between the two kinds of production,Chinese population phenomenon,general population law and socialist population law.On this basis,by adhering to the basic viewpoint of Marxist population theory,the author puts forward some measures to solve the population problem facing China.In particular,we should attach great importance to and actively solve the problem of relative surplus population in socialist society,and cope with the challenge of aging through planned development of population production.In the process of formulating population policy,we should adhere to the people-centered approach and pay attention to "real people".
