The Problem Of Deprived Children In The Hometown Of Overseas Chinese In Fuzhou And Their Assistance

The phenomenon of vulnerable children appeared with the destination of Fuzhou immigration activities from more developed countries such as America,Japan to relatively backward countries such as South Africa,Argentina,the study of this group for the accuracy of the present national policy for poverty alleviation and future relevant national overseas Chinese affairs and so on all has the vital significance.Taking Fuzhou with the phenomenon of vulnerable children as the research object,mainly uses the method of interview and literature reading to collect data,in accordance with the description of Fuzhou in vulnerable children on the basis of the status quo,analyses the vulnerable child family current dilemmas,and further discusses how to from the perspective of social work support for vulnerable child.This paper briefly described the vulnerable children appear the phenomena of social background,both at home and abroad are reviewed for the lost child in accordance with the relevant problems of research,and introduces the theoretical perspective and research method of this study.Pointed out that Fuzhou loss vulnerable child has not aroused the concern of the government,the media;At the same time,the current academic circles for the vulnerable children's study also is very limited.Secondly,this paper introduces the general situation of Fuzhou vulnerable children as well as different types.Once again,from three aspects:economic,social and psychological analysis of the loss in accordance with the current difficulties faced by child family.First,the economic aspect,analyzes the part of the vulnerable child family income is extremely low,most still struggle on above;At the same time,some lose vulnerable child families also carries the parents legacy of debt before going abroad.Second,social aspects,analyzes the part of the loss from abroad formalities vulnerable children is not complete when handling the family register encounter obstacles,and unable to obtain the government subsidies,such as low;A part of vulnerable children is difficult to adapt to domestic language environment;Third,the psychological aspect,the paper analyzes the part of the vulnerable children were squeezed out from the surrounding environment and prejudice.Finally,from the perspective of social workers from three aspects:community,school,family intervention is discussed according to the problems in children.
