With the rapid development of China’s market economy,the main contradiction in our country is the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.Nowadays,our people’s demand for a better life is usually based on a complete body and a healthy heart.At present,there are more than 2.81 million disabled people in China,among whom children with disabilities account for about 5% of the total population.According to the survey,the disabled children’s psychology is also deeply affected by their physical disability.Through the continuous development of social work industry in recent years,social status has been gradually attached importance to.Among them,the social work for the disabled also follows the pace of The Times and gradually improves,and helps tens of thousands of mentally impaired children and adults to realize their helping others and helping themselves.This study based on the theory of energized,ecological system theory and social interaction theory,in changchun city star constant experimental school director S case as the research object,using the method of qualitative research,adopt the method of participatory observation and participatory observation for disabled S director of the basic situation and the demand present situation assessment,by using the theory of ecosystem investigation S director of personal internal system and external system,and starting from the theory of energized,motivate and develop the potential of S director.And in the service,social work by using the theory of social interaction,by encouraging,empathy and other professional social work method,lead the director out of inferiority mentality,blending in environment and the social reality,accept the reality of self disability,defects in the face and by increasing their painting skills to make up their own defects,to help the director of social integration.Use case work and community work methods in practice,a disabled children’s case interview several times,in view of the problems such as lack of social support for the disabled,to carry out the thought to build support network for the disabled and improve its own art as the goal of community activities,help the disabled children to overcome self-abased psychology,enhance the capacity of art,finally realizes the win-win.This paper is composed of four chapters:Chapter one: introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research purpose and significance,the research method of case intervention and the innovation of this research.At the same time,relevant research results at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized briefly.On the basis of summarizing the existing research,the author puts forward his own research framework.Chapter two: the social work of disabled children,disabled people and social work are defined as three concepts related to the topic,and the ecological system theory,ecological system theory and social interaction theory are analyzed to support the whole case.Chapter three: the author sorts out and analyzes the source of the case and the main dilemma of the subject,including the source of the subject,the detailed description of the case and the analysis of the subject’s dilemma on family education.The fourth chapter: Under the guidance of social work theory,with the concrete practice of social work skills intervention was carried out on the case,first of all,establishing professional relationships with egotism,through to the director of the in-depth interview and observation,for two months,a total of five times the intervention of service work,clear director emotionally negative resist getting along with classmates and inferiority and the behavior problems,find director question crux,namely its own physical disabilities,reflects the disabled children born with the right family education concept and the importance of education mode,focus on to support director,on microscopic aiming at the existing problem of director’s own case for intervention activities,through mood dredge,encourage,empathy and other professional social work method,to help find a way to solve the difficulties and achieve win-win.Chapter five: on the basis of the social work involved in the disabled children’s practice,chapter five summarizes the practical experience and evaluation,and also gives professional thinking.By performing a case,extended from the micro level of macroscopic field,view and promote family care of the disabled children and with problems of attention,in order to help the disabled children and their families to solve more difficult for the disabled children to create a healthy home environment right and have a harmonious school environment to provide the reference and put forward countermeasures of peace. |
