| Since The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,China’s view of international order in the new era is the understanding of the current international order and the ideal international order of the Central Committee of the CPC which is at the core of general secretary Xi Jinping, which represent the comprehensive thinking of China on which path should international community follow and the relationship between China and the international community under the background of the greatest change of the world in this century and the best period of development of China since modern times. It is known to all that all thoughts are ethical thoughts. Therefore, there is no exceptions that China’s view of international order in the new era has a distinct ethical basis and ethical pursuit. The basic ethics of China’s view of international order in the new era includes three aspects: equality,win-win and peace.Equality refers to sovereign equality, civil equality, equality between human and nature and intergenerational equality,in general, which aims to achieve justice and environmental justice in the international political field;Win-win refers to common development, which aims to overcome the limitations of "zero-sum game" and "relative gains" to seek justice in the international economic field;Peace refers to a state of peaceful solutions to international disputes,in which there is neither "negative violence" nor "structural violence",which aims to seek "world justice" for a lasting world peace. When it comes to the logical relationship among the three basic ethics, equality is the basis and premise,win-win is the way and guarantee, and peace is the goal and result. Many conditions are required to realize the three basic ethics of China’s international order in the new era,one of which is international rule of law from an abstract sense.International rule of law can endow three basic ethics with authority and practicality, thus promoting its realization.International rule of law is an important value orientation of China’s view of international order in the new era.It can be seen that China’s view of international order in the new era reflects the organic unity of "rule of benevolence" and "rule of law".Therefore,China’s view of international order in new era is not only in line with China’s tradition of rule by benevolence, but also in line with the common values of the world,so it is easy to obtain the dual recognition of the domestic people and the international community. The moral essence of China’s view of international order in the new era also makes it more conducive to building a better world. |
