Today’s Chinese people in the material needs of the conditions on the basis of the pursuit of the spiritual level and its desire,we absorb the traditional culture of our country at the same time,people around the world are also eager to understand Chinese culture.At present,globalization makes countries more frequent in politics,economy,culture and other aspects of exchanges,China’s excellent culture has become a contemporary need.And truly belong to our own excellent art culture is our country to show the world their own business card,how to more efficiently pass this business card and make the other party quickly understand that they are the focus of current research.China’s international art exhibition as one of china’s outstanding culture spread to the outside world,its appearance benefits the people,in addition to enriching the public’s entertainment,the aesthetic promotion of people also have a certain help,and let the people do not go abroad can open their eyes through different art forms to open their eyes to the world.Today’s Silk Road International Art Exhibition is one of the key cultural projects of "Belt and Road" shaanxi,and the international art exhibition will pass the outstanding Chinese culture to all over the world through the "Silk Road,Belt and Road",and become a two-way transportation hub for Chinese traditional culture to go out and exotic culture sit in.Its appearance has accelerated the process of China’s outstanding culture to really go abroad,and is the key bridge of this two-way cultural and artistic exchange hub.In combination with the interdisciplinary study of the knowledge and theories related to fine arts and communication,this paper focuses on the study of the role,significance,influence and strategy of communication of our excellent culture in the process of communication through the international art exhibition.Through practical participation and a lot of practical experience,the author combines the theory of "5W" communication with the theory of mass communication,starts with the basic elements of communication and the significance of the international art exhibition’s external communication,takes the case study of today’s Silk Road International Art Exhibition as a case study and puts forward a theoretical system for the external dissemination of international art exhibition: "Two 1234" system,I hope that the international art exhibition of the same nature will be of some help to the external dissemination.In addition,the author also stands in the public’s position to think about how to make art exhibitions with an international perspective deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
