With the improvement and development of information technology,the era of ‘Internet + education' has been here.‘Internet + education' is a further educational trend which is continuously walking towards us,will become the leader of the education informaionization.The APP technology of mobile equipment such as cell phones and tablet computers are widely used in the field of modern education,especially in the practice of English language learning in the elementary education.How to use the platform effectively and how can teachers,parents and students get benefit from the platform.These are the contents that front-line teachers urgently need to study and practice.APP platform is the object of the research.By conducting a survey of the students,teachers and parents in W elementary school,the writer knew the usage situation of the APP platform,analyze reason of the problem and provide some improvement strategies to the APP platform,the teachers and the parents.Through the research,it is found that the design of the homework APP platform is not perfect,it cannot satisfied all the students who are completely different.The platform cannot meet the needs by the teachers who wants to arrange different homework to different students.Some forms and some parts of the contents of the platform should be improved.The speech recognition is not high so the evaluation is inaccurate.Techers choose the homework for students without thinking too much and depend on the platform too much.Students are always absent-mind when doing the APP homework by the attraction of other social APP platforms or games.According to the result of data analyses in this paper,the writer provided some useful suggestions to the homework APP platform,came up with some improvement strategies for the teachers about considerate design method,offer some ways for the parents about the use of equipment.The writer put forward some suggestions in this paper that APP platform should join the elementary school teaching and research,improve the technology of the APP platform,communicate more with the APP users and provide the hardware with high quality.Teachers should design the high quality homework for the students,join the elementary school teaching and research more often,assign appropriate homework,cultivate students' good habits,such as autonomous learning habits,and self-control ability.Parents should help the children with the equipment and instruct the children to use it effectively.
